MaweshiSync (“the App”) is a livestock management application built exclusively for Pakistani farmers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. By using MaweshiSync, you agree to the practices described below.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, and/or email address to create and manage your account.
Farm & Herd Data: All livestock records you enter — including animal profiles, breeds, weights, medical history, pregnancy records, and life-cycle stages — are stored to power the core features of the App.
Financial Records: Buy, sell, income, and expense transactions you log are stored to generate your farm P&L reports, ROI analysis, and financial insights.
Device & Usage Data: We may collect basic device information (OS version, app version) and anonymized usage patterns to improve the App. We do not collect precise location data.
Photos: Animal photos you upload are stored securely in the cloud and are only visible to you within your account.
We do not sell your personal data or farm records to any third party.
Your data is stored locally on your device first and synced to secure cloud servers when you are online. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You can force-sync or export all your data as CSV at any time from within the App. In areas with poor connectivity, the App functions fully offline and queues sync automatically.
The App displays live-scraped livestock prices from major mandis (Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi). This market data is sourced from publicly available listings and aggregated anonymously. No personally identifiable information is shared with mandi data sources.
AI price predictions and financial insights are generated using your farm data combined with aggregated, anonymized market data. Individual farm records are never shared with other users. AI outputs (HOLD/SELL signals, valuations, insights) are advisory only and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated farm data, financial records, and animal profiles will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. You may request account deletion by contacting us at mujeeburrehman8753@gmail.com.
MaweshiSync is intended for farmers and adults managing livestock businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
