Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MaweshiSync mobile application (“the App”), developed by Mujeeb Ur Rehman. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

MaweshiSync is intended for farmers, livestock owners, and individuals involved in the management of cattle, buffalo, goats, and sheep in Pakistan. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All farm data, financial records, and animal profiles entered under your account are your responsibility. Do not share your account with others — each account is intended for a single farm owner or manager.

3. App Features & Permitted Use

You may use MaweshiSync to:

• Register and manage livestock records (Cow, Buffalo, Goat, Sheep).
• Track financial transactions, generate P&L reports, and export data as CSV or PDF.
• View live mandi market prices from Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi.
• Receive AI-powered price predictions and HOLD/SELL signals.
• Set smart alerts for vaccines, pregnancies, and weight milestones.
• Sync data to the cloud and access it offline.
• Play the MaweshiRun mini-game included in the App.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape data from, or use the App for any unlawful or commercial resale purpose.

4. AI Predictions Disclaimer

The AI price predictions, HOLD/SELL signals, and financial insights provided by MaweshiSync are for informational purposes only. They are generated from historical market data and aggregated listings across major Pakistani mandis. These outputs are advisory and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. MaweshiSync is not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on AI outputs.

5. Mandi Data Accuracy

Market prices displayed in the App are sourced from publicly available mandi listings and are updated regularly. While we strive for accuracy, prices may differ from actual mandi rates at any given moment. MaweshiSync does not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of mandi price data.

6. Data Ownership

All farm data, animal records, and financial entries you create belong to you. MaweshiSync does not claim ownership of your data. You can export all your data as CSV at any time from within the App. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and protected.

7. Service Availability

MaweshiSync is designed to work offline-first, so core features remain available without internet access. Cloud sync, AI predictions, and live mandi prices require an active internet connection. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability, and will minimise disruption where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The MaweshiSync name, logo, app design, AI models, and all content within the App are the intellectual property of Mujeeb Ur Rehman. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. The MaweshiRun mini-game characters and assets are original creations and are protected under copyright.

9. Limitation of Liability

MaweshiSync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mujeeb Ur Rehman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated signals.

10. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the App grows. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
